Thank you for choosing our store! To provide you with the best quality and unique designs, we operate on a P-O-D model through our partner, Printify . This means your products are custom-made specifically for you once an order is placed.
1.Production & Processing Time-
Since each item is printed on demand, there is a production period before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Fulfillment Time: Typically takes 2–5 business days.
During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer. You will receive an automated email as soon as your items are ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Estimates-
Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times vary based on your location:
Standard Shipping: Generally takes 5–10 business days after production.
Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their orders within 7–15 business days (Production + Shipping).
3. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)-
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. > Why? We work with a network of specialized print providers. For example, a T-shirt and a Mug may be produced in different facilities to ensure the highest quality. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package dispatched.
4. Tracking Information-
A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address once your items are shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking data to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Address Accuracy & Modifications-
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
Changes: Once an order enters the production phase, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply to send it back to the correct location.
6. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
